Procedure for alien registration

・When you've just arrived in Japan...

Within 90 days of entering Japan, please submit a completed alien registration application form with 2 attached passport size photos of yourself, along with your passport.


・When you change your address...

You have 14 days from the date you move to notify city hall.


・To change your registration information (other than a change of address)...

Please inform City Hall of the change within the designated time. For a list of the time limits for different situations, please contact City Hall.
